The Subaru Love Promise is built on a simple idea: every interaction with a customer, neighbor, or community partner is an opportunity to do something good. Subaru calls it HEART — Honesty, Empathy, Appreciation, Respect, and Trust. These aren't just words on a wall at our dealership. They show up in how our sales team talks to customers, how our service advisors explain repairs, and how we show up for the people of Lycoming County when it matters most.

From donating coats and shoes to children at Renovo Elementary, to delivering warm blankets to cancer patients at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Williamsport, to helping a local family get their son to life-saving treatments in Philadelphia — the work we do in this community is what the Love Promise actually looks like in practice. We're grateful to be part of a community that inspires us to do more.

Over the years, Alexander Subaru has been proud to partner with organizations that serve the heart of our region. These aren't one-time donations — they're ongoing relationships with groups doing meaningful work right here in Central Pennsylvania.

Our community partners include the Lycoming County SPCA and Clinton County SPCA, supporting animals in need across the region. We work alongside Clinton County United Way and Marine Corps Toys for Tots to help families during the holiday season and year-round. Through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, we support local schools including Central Mountain Middle School, Loyalsock School District, Renovo School District, and Jersey Shore School District — providing supplies, funding, and hands-on involvement. And through the Subaru Loves to Care program, we partner with UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to bring comfort to patients undergoing treatment in our community.

We also responded alongside 67 fellow Subaru retailers when Hurricanes Helene and Milton devastated communities across the Eastern region — contributing to a $400,000+ campaign that delivered over 4 million meals through Feeding America.
